Our apprentice program develops candidates into productive journey-level employees within the electric utility industry. The apprenticeship programs include self-study modules, online instruction, classroom training, and on-the-job training. We offer a variety of apprentice programs, including and not limited to:

Internships

When you’re ready to make the leap from learning to doing, it’s time for an internship at Tri-State. Get hands-on education while contributing alongside the teams who power the rural West.
Opportunities vary by year, and may be in the areas of Generation, Transmission, Accounting, Finance, Communications, Energy Markets, Engineering, Environmental or other departments.
