Durango-Bayfield transmission line upgrade
November 23 - 29, 2009
Sturgeon Electric will be completing the erection of all structures from 134 to 145, installing wire from structures 128 to 137 and cleaning up old structures from 80 to 145. High Plains will be reclaiming and re-seeding the BLM areas from structures 113 to 119 and 122 to 127. Because this week is Thanksgiving, we will not be working on Thursday or Friday
November 30 - December 6,, 2009
Sturgeon Electric will complete the installation of wire from structures 128 to 145 as well as any punch list items. High Plains will be working on the reclamation and re-seeding of ROW between the Grandview substation and Bayfield substation.
Work schedules
- Currently working five 12-hour days a week.
- Crews will begin working six 10-hour days a week starting either Monday, October 12th or 19th.
