WHAT WEB BROWSER SHOULD I USE?
The IRecruitment system works best with Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer 6-8. Also please disable pop-up blocker for our website.

HOW DO I REGISTER AND/OR APPLY FOR A JOB?

CAN I UPLOAD A COVER LETTER TO MY ACCOUNT?
Yes. We encourage the use of cover letters as a way to supply additional information. Keep in mind that any document you upload into your account on our Irecruitment system will be visible to every hiring manager of each job you apply for. Therefore we suggest you keep your cover letter more generic if you plan to apply to multiple positions. Upload your cover letter by logging into IRecruitment and click on "My Applications". Scroll down to the Documents section and click "Add Another Document." You are able to add up to 10 documents to your profile.

DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO REGISTER EACH TIME I WANT TO APPLY ONLINE?
You will only need to register for IRecruitment once. After that you can log into the system any time you wish to view or apply for jobs, or make updates to your application.

I CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT EMAIL I USED TO REGISTER. HOW DO I FIND OUT?
At the log in page there is a "reset password" link. If you have registered for Irecruitment in the past with that e-mail address, you will receive a password reset (remember to check spam and junk mail). If you haven't applied with that email address you will receive the message "your email address does not match our records."

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
When at the log in page, click "did you forget your password" link. Your password will be reset within one business day. Directions on resetting your password will be sent to your email address used when registering. Please remember to check your email's spam/junk mail folders.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME, WHAT IS IT?
Your username is the full email address you used to register for our IRecruitment Jobs website.

CAN I SAVE MY APPLICATION BEFORE COMPLETING IT?
To save information you have entered, you must advance to the "Review" stage of the application process and hit "Finish." You may do so without completing all of the fields of the application (the information you did enter will be saved), however your application package will be "applied" to the position without all of the necessary information needed to evaluate your credentials fully. In order to be fully considered for a vacancy, make sure you return to iRecruitment and fully complete your application package (by using the "My Account" link from the home page)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FILL OUT THE APPLICATION
It all depends on how much information you have. On average it takes about 20-45 minutes.

Tracking your application

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?
You can review the status of all your applications by logging into IRecruitment and reviewing the home page under the header "Jobs Applied For". You may need to click full list if you have applied for many jobs. You are still an active applicant until the job position has been closed. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to verify the status of individual applications.

I'VE UPLOADED A NEW RESUME/MADE CHANGES TO MY APPLICATION. WHEN WILL YOU BE ABLE TO SEE IT
IRecruitment is a real-time system. When your application is updated we will see what information is on your application at that moment.

ONCE I'VE SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION/RESUME, WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED?
Due to the large number of applications we receive, we will only contact applicants who are selected for an interview. Please wait a few weeks to see if you are contacted for an interview.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE JOB IS STILL OPEN?
We keep all jobs on our career page until they are filled. When they are no longer visible or have a status of closed in your "Jobs Applied For" tab, we have filled the position. Due to the large number of applications we receive, we will only contact applicants who have been selected to interview.

Troubleshooting

WHY DO I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I CLICK THE WEB BROWSER BACK BUTTON?
IRecruitment is designed to navigate by using the forward and back buttons within the application, not your web browser forward and backward buttons. Using your web browser buttons to navigate will generate an error requiring you to log out of the application.

I'M GETTING AN ERROR MESSAGE, "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN SET UP PROPERLY"
Users trying to access their accounts using non-supported web browsers may receive this error. Please use Firefox 3 or Internet Explorer 6-8 for your browser.

I'M GETTING A JAVA ERROR WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN. WHAT DO I DO?
If you get this error, log out and log back in, this should fix the problem.
